COVID UPDATE NOVEMBER 2020
We would like to reassure you that the clinic can remain open and is not required to close during the lockdown starting on the 5th November 2020.
We have a thorough well thought out Covid-19 secure policy, which has been working safely and effectively since reopening back in June. Those of you that have visited since the first lockdown I am sure can testify to the extreme ends our team have gone to keep you safe and ensure we are super Covid secure.
We will be continuing to follow Public Health England, and all our Governing Body guidance in the clinic and as always will update you all if the situation changes.
We will be continuing to wearing our full PPE, and adhering to our stringent cleaning regimes, and continuing the same strict triage of every patient.
However, we do also offer video or telephone appointments if these are your preference.
If you have any queries or need any help or advice please do call the clinic on 01252 843203.
Rest assured your safety is and has always been our first concern. We look forward to seeing you for your treatments. Take care and stay safe. Vicki (Clinic Director)
From Monday 30th March The Body Reset Clinic will be offering remote video call assessments and consultations for our Physiotherapy and Injury Treatment referrals via Zoom video conferencing, instead of face to face appointments.
This will allow us to:
- Provide remote video consultation assessments – whilst we would prefer hands on assessment and treatment, video call assessments are an alternative and effective way we can visually and verbally assess, advise and develop your home exercise rehabilitation programmes with you.
- These will be available every week day between 9am and 1pm (other times are possible on request). They will be 30 minute appointments charged at £20, bookable by calling our remote reception on 01252 843203 or emailing info@bodyresetclinic.co.uk, and payable by BACS on booking the appointment.
For more information on this service please do call and ask :).
AS STANDARD
A reminder that we are always here to give FREE advice to all our patients. We have a therapist available to speak to every week day from 9am – 1pm, and phones will also be manned 8am till 6pm on these days.
We would also like to offer our help to all those struggling to get out to the supermarket for food, collect medication etc.
This includes our older, vulnerable patients and those that are perhaps self-isolating. If ANY of you need our help and support please please do not be afraid to ask.
We want to thank you all so so much for your continued support at this difficult time.
