Appointments may be for 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the nature of the condition and the urgency of the appointment required.
We will aim to book you in within 24 hours depending on your preference and appointment availability. Please provide the receptionist with a brief description of your problem to enable us to book you in with the most appropriate therapist.
Opening hours
We offer a wide variety of appointment times from early mornings to late evenings. If you do call outside clinic hours, please leave a message with your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible.
If you have a disability/injury that prohibits you from getting in to the clinic then we are very happy to arrange home visits. (Prices on request)
Normal Hours
Monday 7am till 9pm
Tuesday 7am till 9pm
Wednesday 7am till 9pm
Thursday 7:30am till 9pm
Friday 7am till 2.30pm
Saturday 8am till 12pm
Payment
Payment is operated on a pay as you go system and should be made at the end of each treatment session.
Payment is by cash, card or cheque.
Cancellation policy
The Body Reset Clinic has a 24 hour Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel or re-arrange any appointments, we request that you please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
A non-attendance (no-show) with no notification will be charged at 100% of the appointment price.
The Body Reset Clinic also reserves the right to ask for a 50% deposit as is deemed necessary, especially during busy periods, where demand for appointments are at a premium.
