Sports Therapist
I graduated from University of St. George’s with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2023 but my profound journey into the world of Physiotherapy really began five years ago, when I experienced a life-changing horse-riding accident. Throughout my intensive rehabilitation, I personally witnessed the incredible benefits of hands-on treatment and the power it had in restoring health and well-being. This transformative experience ignited a deep passion within me, driving me to make a bold decision to leave my job behind and embark on a new path as a Physiotherapist.
During my time at university, I fully embraced the opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. In addition to graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy, I dedicated myself to becoming proficient in sports massage and acupuncture. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that I can provide comprehensive and specialized care to my patients, tailoring treatments to meet their unique needs.
In my approach to patient care, I strongly believe in the value of teamwork and empathy. I place great importance on listening to my patients, understanding their concerns, and involving them in developing their personalized treatment plans. By creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, I empower my patients to take an active role in their healing journey, which, in turn, leads to remarkable and lasting results.
My passion for learning extends beyond my professional life. I am always eager to explore new avenues and embrace fresh challenges. As I continuously seek to expand my skillset, I remain at the forefront of advancements in Physiotherapy, ensuring that my patients receive the highest standard of care with the most effective and innovative techniques.
Beyond the clinic, you can find me making a positive impact in other areas of my life. Whether it’s coaching my netball team, where I strive to instil the same sense of dedication and teamwork I bring to my practice or supporting the mighty Quinn’s. During my downtime you will often find me exploring on my paddleboard.
