My interest for Sports Therapy came from sustaining my own injuries, and being an avid sportsperson I have experienced more than my fair share! From the age of 9 I have been heavily involved in every sports team I could get my hands on. I then went on to study a National Diploma in Sports Sciences at Farnborough Technical College which then lead me to study a degree at the University of Chichester in Sports Therapy where I graduated in 2015.
I have always been particularly interested in how the human body works, and it continues to fascinate me more every day. I love to ‘think outside the box’ when it comes to my rehab plans. Making them relevant and most importantly enjoyable is always at the forefront of my mind. Throughout University I was heavily involved in the pitch side care of several rugby clubs and undertook several placements within clinics in and around the area and a surgical placement at Frimley Park Hospital.
I am eager to learn and over the next year I plan to expand my skill set by attending courses to enable me to deliver the latest treatment techniques to my patients.
I hope that we can work together in the future to create a motivating, tailor made treatment plan and get you on that road to recovery.
